College can be one of the most exciting—and overwhelming—times of life. Between academic pressures, changing friendships, identity exploration, and major life decisions, it’s normal to feel anxious, uncertain, or stuck. You might be struggling with low self-esteem, relationship challenges, or simply trying to figure out who you are and what you want from your future.

I specialize in working with college students who are navigating these transitions and feeling the weight of it all. Whether you're dealing with anxiety about school, social dynamics, family expectations, or just adjusting to newfound independence, therapy can be a powerful tool for finding clarity and relief.

In our work together, I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic approaches. That means we’ll focus both on practical strategies to manage anxiety and negative thought patterns, and on exploring how your past experiences may be shaping the way you see yourself and relate to others today.

I strive to help you gain insight, feel more in control, and develop the confidence to move through college—and life—with more purpose and ease.

If you're ready to better understand yourself, feel more grounded, and create more fulfilling connections, I'm here to support you!
