Rachel (she/her) is a licensed clinical social worker whose passion is helping people overcome challenges so they can continue to lead joy-filled lives. Her therapeutic modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, brainspotting (Phases 1 and 2), and a strengths-based perspective. She earned her master’s degree in Multi-Generational Practice from the University of Washington in 2020. Since then, she has worked with families and served patients in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and independent living communities receiving hospice care. She has experience supporting children and teens in school environments, including those who are neurodivergent, navigating complex family dynamics, or facing social and peer-related challenges. She has also worked with youth through teaching dance and martial arts. Rachel is committed to providing a safe, nonjudgmental space and seeks to empower clients to overcome adversity, believing that some form of progress is always possible with the right support and encouragement.
