I understand that the process of seeking and coming to therapy is not an easy one and that the vulnerability of therapy can be intimidating. It can be difficult to step into vulnerability in a world that equates vulnerability with weakness. However, I hope to redefine strength, as most healing comes from raw, unfiltered moments of self-reflection and honesty, and it is through seeking out the help to heal that courage is displayed. Imagine a life where struggles become steppingstones and every hurdle leads to personal growth. At one point, we all seek out a compass to help navigate through the journey of life. As a licensed clinical psychologist, I find it important to identify the source of your difficulties and then use evidence-based treatments to reduce distress and help you live a more fulfilling life. My approach to treatment is most consistent with the principles of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT); although I integrate different techniques to fit each client’s needs. I am committed to helping adults learn how to better understand themselves and their relationships with others. Whether your struggles have been present for a long time or are new, I value understanding your perspective and unique emotional experience so that we can create a trusting therapeutic relationship. I value honesty, integrity, and transparency to promote trust building within the therapeutic relationship to help bring about personal growth. To promote success, we must be a good fit for each other. I have experience working with a wide range of individuals with different concerns, including depression/mood disorders, anxiety, anger, sleep problems, substance use, interpersonal communication, relationships, and more. I also recognize that not all psychological pain can be considered “disordered” and may sometimes be a side effect of the human condition. So, whatever brings you to therapy I am happy to work collaboratively with you to make a treatment plan based on evidence-based treatments to give you the best opportunity for therapeutic success. I will then work with you to tailor a treatment plan that is unique to your background, experiences, and goals. Whatever challenges you face, I am here to be an unbiased outlet to support and guide you toward a more meaningful life. If making the call is difficult, I encourage you to contact me through other methods, such as email or message, if you have questions or want to schedule a time to meet.
My practice focuses on helping clients feel safe, heard and understood in order to process current experiences. Through identification of thoughts and feelings we can then look at new ways of coping and developing skills to manage the human experience. The foundation of my work is evidence based cognitive behavioral therapy. All sessions are conducted via a HIPPA secure telehealth platform.

I specialize in helping people to manage and recover from eating disorders and co-occurring illnesses. I believe that clients who struggle with eating disorders have inherently painful emotions which are managed by various harmful behaviors so I work collaboratively with clients, their support network, and their outpatient providers to find ways to change these behaviors and manage emotions in both the short and long term. In my outpatient practice, I see individuals of all ages and genders who struggle with a wide variety of challenges related to disordered eating, body image issues, and low self-esteem. When I'm not seeing outpatient clients, I also work full-time at a local eating disorder facility, and am able to facilitate referrals to local treatment centers as needed. I remain committed to continuing to work with clients while they need a higher level of support. In addition to in-office individual therapy, I also offer recovery coaching in the community. This can include a wide variety of support including meal coaching, food exposures, and body image improvement coaching. Please contact me for additional information. Hello! My name is Caroline and I am a Boston-based Registered Dietitian passionate about helping you prioritize your relationship with food. After earning my degree in Nutritional Sciences from Boston University, I went on to complete my supervised practice training through Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a Harvard Teaching Hospital in Boston, MA. The rigorous nature of this clinical internship, paired with my experience working in all levels of eating disorder treatment, gives me the experience needed to care for a wide range of populations. Whether you have been diagnosed with an eating disorder or your intuition simply tells you your relationship with food/your body is dysregulated, I can help you reclaim your trust in yourself. I take an evidenced-based, HAES-informed, non-diet approach to help you cultivate a nourishing and normalized eating pattern that suits your individual needs. My goal is to build your confidence in making nutrition decisions for a full life!
Hello and Welcome! My focus is in treating graduate students. I strive to create a safe, collaborative environment for the exploration of self and relationships, stress management strategies, multicultural issues, adjustment to the university environment, as well as the healing of past traumas and family of origin struggles. I believe entering into a therapeutic relationship shows a desire to grow and learn during a time that may be difficult. Luckily, this is where the possibility for unlocking potential and true growth begins. At our practice, we strive to foster an environment where people feel safe, comfortable and open towards being challenged, allowing them to persevere and achieve.
Through my own lived experience, I can deeply resonate with the realities my Millennial and Gen Z clients face. Dating, social media, politics, finances, and demands from school or work can be so daunting. My main priority as a therapist is to create a non-judgmental, engaging, and approachable environment where you feel empowered to navigate these challenges together. Just having one of those days where you need to vent about your mom, partner, or roommate? There’s plenty of space for that too. While I pull from many approaches in my work, I especially enjoy utilizing skills-based therapies like Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). These can address concerns like anxiety, stress, interpersonal conflict, sleep, and more. My goal is that you leave each and every session feeling more ready to take on what life is throwing your way. If you’re looking to gain control amidst our out-of-control world, I’d love to connect with you. Please don’t hesitate in reaching out for a free 15-minute consultation.
