About me: I have a strong belief in therapy because I've successfully used it. I've had my own personal exploration into suffering and I've made my way out of these fogs by utilizing the support of others. It is my experience that no one lives their best life alone. Connection has the capacity to offer regulation and engender strength. I honor my sense of humanity that allows me to tend and befriend others, and take joy in my sense of playfulness that can bring a smile or a laugh to someone at the just the right moment. About my work: I work through an integrated lens, currently drawing on EFT, neuroscience, mindfulness, and positive psychology to explore how lifestyle, relationships, and early experiences shape our wellbeing. I also use the power of storytelling to help reframe the limiting narratives we carry about ourselves. Lately, I've been doing meaningful work with clients navigating OCD tendencies, using approaches including ERP and ACT. I am also working to expand my expertise through continued education in somatic approaches, chronic illness and premenstrual disorders, to support the full complexity of what my clients carry. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, to help people trust themselves again, and to help them recommit to life — through the big things and the small. About my credentials: I graduated from Lesley University with a MA in Mental Health Counseling in 2018. I am a Massachusetts licensed mental health counselor with experience in a variety of outpatient therapeutic settings. I welcome your questions.

I am well versed in the transition from high school to college. I am familiar with college expectations, the challenges of making new friends, and learning how to be independent. College can be such an exciting time but also really hard! It is so important to learn strategies to manage stress and having a safe place to talk about whatever you need.

As a therapist, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other strategies to help clients explore the interactions between their thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviors. My style is collaborative, client-driven, and forward-focused. Additionally, I enjoy looking at the systemic factors in a person's life, including family dynamics, relationships at work or school, and even interactions with friends or partners. My purpose is to help you maximize the opportunities in your life to achieve your goals through empathy and a strength-based focus. I specialize in anger and anxiety management across the life span, especially with teens and adults. I am certified in Thinking for a Change (T4C) and Aggression Replacement Training (ART). Life can be overwhelming. There are many things to address, or things we want to work on, but we often don’t know where to start. You don’t have to figure out it all out overnight. You don’t have to feel ashamed for being where you are. All you have to focus on is one small thing you can do today to get closer to where you want to be in life. Slowly, one step at a time, you can get there. That one step could be reaching out to a therapist to have non-judgmental support through this process. This is where I can help. I provide a therapeutic space to explore struggles in a relaxed manner. You take the lead, I am a supporting role. I offer different perspectives, brainstorming ideas, coping strategies, & practicing what you want to improve. Working for almost 10 yrs. has trained me in numerous styles of therapy, so I think outside the box & pull from various strategies to help you find the right tools for your situation. Online Only. I am able to work with issues related to: grief/loss, depression, anxiety, caregiver/parent support, relationships, trauma, and life changes. If you're interested in seeing if I'm a good fit for your needs, & would like to start your therapy journey, please reach out via email. I look forward to hearing your story & being a part of your journey.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a deep passion for working with young adults. I believe the early adult years are some of the most important—and often most misunderstood—seasons of life. Rather than something to simply “get through,” I view this stage as a powerful period of identity formation, growth, and possibility. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. After spending a year living abroad, I went on to receive her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Northeastern University. Throughout my graduate training and post-master’s clinical work, I have supported youth and families across a range of settings, including in-home therapy, group home care, outpatient clinics, and municipal mental health. I understand that young adulthood can feel overwhelming—whether it’s anxiety, relationships, school, or simply trying to figure things out. Therapy with me is a place to slow things down and make sense of what’s going on. Sessions feel like a real conversation, where clients can explore their experiences, connect patterns, and develop strategies that are actually useful in everyday life. My goal is to create a space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and supported as they navigate this stage.

You’ve learned how to hold it all together. From the outside, you might look like you have everything in place but inside, you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted from always showing up for everyone else. Maybe you’ve spent years pushing your feelings down, keeping the peace, or taking responsibility for things that were never fully yours. And now, your body is telling you something needs to change. I work with hard-working women who are ready reconnect with themselves in a deeper, more meaningful way. Together, we'll slow down the present, process the past, and find your power in the future. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and approachable. I believe therapy should feel human, meaningful, and supportive. If you’re ready to create space for yourself and start feeling more like you again, I’d love to connect. Reach out to schedule a free consultation so we can talk through what you’re looking for and see if this feels like the right fit.

Welcome! I have experience working with people of all ages who have found themselves faced with anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences, life transition and stress, parenting challenges, social and relationship issues, and feeling stuck in general. My approach is highly relational, warm, supportive and sprinkled with humor when appropriate. Our initial sessions will focus on building trust and using collaboration and curiosity as we develop a plan to address your concerns. I firmly believe that we all have inherent resources and strengths within us that can be tapped into to support the process of healing and growth. For the past 17 years I have worked in a variety of settings including trauma-focused outpatient therapy, therapeutic schools, residential, and foster care and adoptions. I use a holistic mind-body approach informed by Attachment Theory, Sensorimotor Therapies, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, DBT, CBT, and Collaborative Problem Solving. The decision to seek the support of therapy for yourself or a loved one is not a light one and at times can feel overwhelming. I have a deep appreciation of the courage it takes to reach out during a time of vulnerability and welcome the chance to speak with you about your needs.

Hi, I'm Andi (pronouns: she/they). I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in Washington and Massachusetts, and I have been practicing since 2010. Therapy with me is fluid, and involves a mixture of deep processing and more structured skill building. I specialize in supporting adults from a trauma-informed, culturally-responsive, somatic, social justice and Internal Family Systems (IFS) perspective, and am intimately aware of the particular challenges of Asian Americans, marginalized groups and the immigrant experience. I provide a relatable, compassionate and open space, where you can explore all aspects of yourself, and feel heard, seen and known. I believe we all have the innate capacity to heal and transform. Therapy with me is holistic - engaging your mind, body, emotions and spirit - focusing on concrete skills and strategies for tangible relief in your day to day, as well as deep understanding and establishing a greater sense of self, ease and freedom to “just be”. Thank you for considering me as a potential support in your journey. I'm happy to answer any questions you have in a free 15-minute consultation.

I am a New York State licensed Psychotherapist experienced in working with a broad range of issues including depression, anxiety, loss and grief, LGBTQIA+ issues, family and relationship struggles, identity, complex life transitions, and trauma ranging from the personal to systemic. I am a graduate of Hunter College’s Silberman School of Social Work and completed training in working with Couples and Families through the Ackerman Institute for the Family and advanced post graduate training in Relational Therapy at the Stephen A. Mitchell Center for Relational Studies. I bring warmth, deep listening, honesty, cultural sensitivity and humility, and a spirit of collaboration, authenticity, and humor to my therapeutic work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have worked extensively with adolescents and emergent adults and understand that these junctures typically involve a great deal of growth and change. This can in turn be exciting and wonderful, and also sometimes disorienting and overwhelming. I approach therapy as a collaborative exploration of an individual's lived experiences, the meanings they make out of these experiences, and the relationships they cultivate with self and others in the context of these experiences and meaning-making. In therapy together we slow these conscious and lesser conscious processes down to better understand what might be happening, where people may be stuck in self-limiting narratives or patterns, where resilience, joy, and strength can be recognized, and where growth and change are possible.
