I offer online therapy to people anywhere in Pennsylvania, and in-person sessions in University City or Paoli, PA. I support individuals and couples struggling with communication, connection, and conflict. I enjoy supporting people through life transitions, identity, anxiety, depression, trauma, care giving, grief/loss, migration, work-life balance, and self-care. My approach is grounded in understanding how family dynamics, culture, identity, and broader social systems shape how we see ourselves and relate to others. As a queer Palestinian- American woman, I bring lived experience and clinical training into my work and strive to offer care that is thoughtful, affirming, and nonjudgmental. In therapy, we will move at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we may look back at the experiences and relationships that have shaped you, while also building clarity, self-trust, and support in the present.
